Return and exchange policy
At Aldowly Corporation, we are committed to providing high-quality products. However, we understand that there may be cases where a customer wishes to return or exchange a product. Therefore, we have adopted a clear and flexible return and exchange policy to ensure our customers’ comfort and ease of process.
Exchange Requests
Customers are entitled to exchange a product within 7 days from the date of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Packaging and all accompanying accessories must be intact and included.
- All components of the product must be complete without any missing parts.
Note: The customer shall bear the cost of shipping the product to the company in cases of exchange.
Return Requests
Customers may submit a return request within 3 days from the date of receipt, only under the following circumstances:
- If the commercial information provided does not match the actual product.
- If there is a discrepancy between the product specifications advertised before purchase and the actual product received.
- If the product has a manufacturing defect.
The customer must contact our sales support team to confirm the return and follow up on the refund process.
Return Shipping Costs
- The company will cover the shipping costs for returned products only in the cases mentioned above.
- In all other cases, the customer shall bear the cost of return shipping.
note: If the order is canceled after its status has been changed to (In Delivery), the customer will bear the shipping cost, knowing that the order in this case is in the possession of the shipping company, and therefore the delivery amount will actually be deducted.
Exceptions
- Flooring rolls cannot be returned or exchanged if the quantity is less than 10 meters.
- Products that have been damaged by the customer or have missing accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Process
In case of order rejection or return, and the payment was made via the following methods: Visa - Mastercard - Mada - Apple Pay - American Express - STC Pay. the amount will be refunded to the same payment method after deducting 1% of the total invoice value, within a period ranging from 5 to 10 business days, according to the policies of the service providers.
For payments made via: Tamara, Tabby:
- Tamara: The order status will be updated after we receive the returned product, and the customer must check their Tamara account to confirm the refund.
- Tabby: Once the returned product is received and the status is updated by us, the refund will be processed within 14 to 21 business days. Customers must check their Tabby account to ensure the refund has been completed.
General Notes
- We reserve the right to amend our return and exchange policy from time to time in line with best business practices, without prior notice.
- Customers are advised to review the most recent version of this policy at the time of purchase.
