Body-Solid GIOT Inner & Outer Thigh Attachment for Gyms

The Body-Solid GIOT is a dedicated attachment designed exclusively for use with Body-Solid G Series Home Gyms. This unit cannot be used independently; it must be installed onto compatible models such as G2B, G3S, G4I, G5S, G6B, G7.1, G9S, and G10B.

The GIOT allows for seated adduction and abduction exercises to strengthen both the inner and outer thigh muscles. It features 5 adjustable range-of-motion settings, rotating knee pads for reduced friction, and comfortable side handles for maximum stability.
