50KG chrome dumbbell set York

Set of sports weights up to 50 kg.

You're equipped with a barbell, a pair of 14-inch dumbbell bars, and chrome weight plates.

Everything is encased in a clever carrier box with heavy-duty trolley wheels for easy transport.

The weight bag contains:

• 6 x 1/2 kg chrome weight plates

• 6 x 1.25kg chrome weight plates

• 4 x 2.5kg chrome weight plates

• 4 x 5kg chrome weight plates

• 6 x threaded collars

• 2 x 14 inch dumbbell bar (rubber held)

• 1 x 60 inch iron (with spinlock center connector)

• A box with two reels encasing everything

Adjust your weights, to start with lighter weights at higher reps, and add up as you would for 3 or 4 normal sets as you knock down the reps. You don't really need a fitness coach! Build and practice in the comfort of your own home. The barbell allows for more squats, chest and shoulder press actions and fits almost all, if not most, bench presses if you own one.
